These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CutWize ("Service," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account and using CutWize, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription Tiers & Billing

CutWize offers various subscription tiers (e.g., Free, DIY, Pro, Business).

• Billing: Paid tiers require a valid payment method. We process all payments securely via Stripe.
• Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• Limits: Usage limits (such as the number of cuts, profiles, and stock items) are strictly enforced based on your active subscription tier.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software or optimization algorithms.
• Use the Service to engage in any illegal activities or violate any applicable laws.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing mechanisms.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of CutWize and its licensors. You retain ownership of the data (such as job names and cut dimensions) you input into the system.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CutWize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. The Service provides optimization suggestions, but you are solely responsible for validating cuts before physical execution.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
