1. How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to have your account and personal data completely removed from CutWize, you can initiate a data deletion request at any time.

2. What Gets Deleted

Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will permanently delete the following information from our servers:

  • Your user account and profile information (name, email, preferences).
  • OAuth connections (including Google and Facebook login linkages).
  • All project data, including custom profiles, standard sizes, and settings.
  • All cutting lists, stock inventory data, and generated optimization patterns.

3. Processing Time

We process data deletion requests promptly. Your data will be permanently removed from our active databases and backup systems within 30 days of your verified request.

4. Retained Data

Please note that certain information may be retained for specific, limited purposes:

  • Anonymized Analytics: We may retain fully anonymized, aggregated usage statistics that can no longer be linked to you.
  • Billing Records: Information related to financial transactions (processed via Stripe) must be retained for legal and tax compliance purposes.
